Zaid is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, a certified Global Management Accountant and holds the digital mindset qualification from CIMA. In addition, he recently completed an the Executive Education Program from Imperial Business School in mergers and Acquisitions. Zaid has over twenty years experience in Europe, India and the Middle East .
Zaid has a track record of sustainable high growth whether organic or through acquisition. Debt and equity deals across multiple sectors including professional services and consulting. Zaid is an expert in development of efficiency and transformation programs leveraging new technologies alongside proven ERPs.
Zaid has lived in Dubai since 2009, but he travels frequently to other markets, especially London. He has a deep understanding of the EMEA landscape and is often asked to provide advice to businesses that are looking to grow their operations from the UK to the GCC or vice versa.
Zaid is married, has three children, enjoys traveling to new places, cricket and horse racing.

Zain is a highly experienced Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with over a decade of expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Accounting, Treasury, and Finance Transformation.
Zain is an expert in streamlining financial processes and delivering strategic financial insights. Zain likes puzzles and he thrives when being thrown complicated problems and enjoys untangling data.
Zain is very well versed in working capital management, having managed treasury functions for multinational businesses. Zain has built excellent relationships with banks and has deep experience in implementation of procure to pay systems.
Zain has recently been supporting clients with enhancing their management reporting through the use of Power BI and other data visualisations.
Zain now lives in London, having spent the past several years in Dubai. He is married and has one daughter. He enjoys traveling and is a keen chess player.
