Our Story
CompassPoint was founded by Zaid and Zain after decades working as finance professionals inside high-growth businesses. They saw a common gap: reports existed, but senior financial expertise to guide decisions often did not, either because growing businesses could not afford it or struggled to find the right people.
As companies grew, reporting became slower, numbers harder to trust, and leaders were left without clear financial direction. CompassPoint was built to fix that problem.

We saw businesses had finance teams and systems in place, but leaders still struggled to get timely, reliable insight to support decisions. Reporting was slow, manual, and difficult to trust as complexity increased.
